How to sell AI agents to clients in 2026

Building the agent is the easy part. Getting a business owner to say yes, and pay every month, is the skill. Here is who to pitch, a pitch email generator, how to price it, and how to deliver it under your own brand.

The short answer

Target one niche that loses money on a repeated task → pitch the outcome ("no lead waits more than a minute"), not "AI" → charge setup + monthly → start with a short paid pilot → deliver on a white-label platform so every next client reuses the same agent.

The 5-step sales process

  1. Pick a niche with a costly, repeated problem. Clinics with missed calls, salons with no-shows, real estate agents who reply to leads a day late. Repeated + expensive = easy to sell.
  2. Pitch the outcome, not the AI. Owners don't buy "a GPT agent with n8n". They buy "every new lead gets a reply in under a minute, day and night".
  3. Price it as setup + monthly. The setup fee pays for your build time. The monthly fee covers tools, usage and keeping it working. That monthly line is your business.
  4. Start with a short paid pilot. A few weeks on their own leads, then a simple report: replies sent, appointments booked, hours saved. Their numbers sell the renewal.
  5. Deliver under your own brand. A white-label setup means the client sees your name, and the agent you built for client #1 is ready for client #2.

Choose a niche, an agent and your price. You get a short, human cold email you can edit and send. The numbers are your own prices, not results. Example, not a promise.

5 clients / month€1,500
10 clients / month€3,000
Clients for €10k / month34

Example math: recurring monthly fees only, before tool costs and your time. Not a promise.

How to price it (and what it costs you)

Your monthly fee has to cover the platform, usage and your time. Here are real list prices of tools agencies use to deliver agents, checked on 21 October 2026. Prices change; click the source before you buy.

White-label: sell it as your own

Your brand, not the vendor's

The client logs in to your dashboard, gets reports with your logo and pays your invoice. You own the relationship.

Build once, resell

The lead agent for dentist #1 is a template for dentist #2. Setup time drops with every client in the niche.

Or done-for-you

Don't want to run the tech? Some platforms build and host the agents for you while you sell. The free training covers the options.

5 objections and what to say

"Will it sound like a robot to my customers?"
Show a real conversation from the pilot. Agree on the tone of voice together, and let the agent hand over to a human for anything sensitive.
"What if it says something wrong?"
It only answers from their own info (prices, opening hours, FAQ) and escalates when it isn't sure. You review the conversations weekly.
"It's too expensive."
Compare it to the cost of the problem: one missed booking or one lost lead per week. Then start with a short pilot so they can judge on their own numbers.
"We already have a chatbot."
A chatbot answers on the website. An agent follows up on WhatsApp and email, books in the calendar and updates the CRM. Different job.
"Can I cancel?"
Yes, monthly. That's your strongest argument: you keep the client by keeping the agent useful, not by a contract.

Questions

How much should I charge to sell an AI agent?

Setup fee plus monthly fee, based on what the problem costs the client. Example: €500 setup and €300/month for 10 clients is €3,000/month recurring before costs. An example, not a promise.

Can I sell AI agents under my own brand?

Yes, with a white-label platform. GoHighLevel, for example, lists Agency Pro with SaaS mode at $497/month. Check the vendor's page for current terms.

Who buys AI agents?

Businesses with many repeated conversations: clinics, salons, gyms, real estate, trades and online stores.

Do I need to code?

No. You need to understand the client's process and set the agent up on a platform. You sell the outcome, not the code.
