Test before you show it: the 10-minute check
- Open any free AI chat tool (ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) and paste your instructions as the first message.
- Play the customer. Send 3 normal messages, then 1 tricky one (angry, off-topic, or asking a price).
- Check: did it stay in tone? Did it refuse what's on your "never" list? Did it hand over at the right moment? Did it end with the proof line?
- Fix the instruction that failed, run the 4 messages again. Two clean rounds = ready to demo.
