An agent is only as good as its instructions. Write these five lines before you build anything:

1Business + customer

Who the business is and who it serves.

2One action

The single job the agent does. Just one.

3What happens after

Where the result goes: a sheet, a reply, a booking.

4Who gets notified

Which person hears about it, and how.

5What it must never do

The limits: no prices it can’t promise, no guessing.

Start small: one outcome sentence, one boring task, and a niche you can describe in five words or less.

Note 2 · first clientsWhere your first 10 conversations come from

Not ads. Your warm network, local businesses you already walk past, and communities you are already in. Show them the cost of doing nothing: missed leads × what one customer is worth.

The message has three steps:

1 · NOTICE

Point out something real you saw, like “Your booking form doesn’t reply after hours.”

2 · ASK

Ask one question: “What happens to the enquiries that come in at night?”

3 · OFFER

Offer something only if they are interested. Send one polite follow-up, then let it go.

Then hold a 20-minute discovery call: first their situation, then the leak. Keep every conversation in a CRM so nothing slips.

Note 3 · the honest mathWhat €10k a month actually takes

One formula: €10,000 ÷ your margin per sale = sales you need. Here are two example offers from the training:

Now work backwards. If 1 in 5 conversations turns into a sale, 25 sales means 125 conversations. At 1 in 3, it is 75. That is the real job: conversations.
