How it works: each month you keep (100% − cancel rate) of your clients and add your new ones. Revenue = clients × monthly fee + new clients × setup fee. Profit = revenue − clients × your cost. Setup work counts as 6 hours per new client. This multiplies your inputs; it is not a forecast or an income promise.

How much can an AI agency make?
It depends on your monthly fee, how many new clients you sign each month and how many you keep. Example: 2 new clients a month at €500/month with 5% monthly churn gives roughly €9,200 in recurring revenue after 12 months and €10,000 in month 14. That's arithmetic, not a promise; most new agencies sign fewer clients at the start.
How many clients do I need for €10k a month?
€10,000 ÷ your monthly fee: 20 clients at €500, 13 at €800, 10 at €1,000. Setup fees help cash flow but don't repeat.
What should I charge for an AI agent?
Usually a one-off setup fee plus a monthly fee for hosting, monitoring and improvements. Price on the outcome for the client — hours saved, leads answered — not on your build time.
Is this a guarantee of income?
