How the estimate works: enquiries × share answered late or never × close rate × customer value. It multiplies the client's own numbers; it is not a forecast or a guarantee. Use real numbers from the client and call it an estimate.

Questions

What should an AI agent proposal include?

The client's problem in their own words, what the agent will do, what's included and what isn't, a timeline, the investment (setup + monthly) and one clear next step. One or two pages is enough.

Should I offer a pilot?

For a first client, yes: 14–30 days with one thing you measure (response time, booked appointments). It ends with a clear yes or no instead of "let me think about it".

How do I price an AI agent in a proposal?

A one-off setup fee plus a monthly fee for hosting, monitoring and improvements. Put the value estimate next to the price so the fee is compared with what it returns, not with your build hours.

Is the value estimate a guarantee?

No. It multiplies what you enter. Use the client's real numbers and present it as an estimate.
